Fadime Kilic-Arslan started her career as a lawyer in 2004, after graduating from the Law School of the Vrije University of Amsterdam. She first started her career as a lawyer at de Zeeuw Advocatuur. In 2009 Fadime Kilic-Arslan started with two colleagues the Law Firm Westerpark Advocaten and from there she founded Kilic Law Firm in 2011. Kilic is specialised in Immigration law and Labour law, with a further specialization in international human rights, work permits, European Union law, the Turkish-European Association law and Ghanaian Law. She has a wide experience in Family law, Administrative law and Social security law. Kilic is member of several (inter)national interest groups for labour law and immigration law, such as research committees and conferences.
Rahime Cubuk works for the office since 2010 as a office manager. Cubuk finished her study HBO maatschappelijk werk en dienstverlening in 2009.
